Scrum practitioner training (Certification)

Scrum is a framework for managing and completing complex projects. It is often used in software development, but can be applied to any project. The Scrum framework is based on the principles of transparency, inspection, and adaptation.

The basic structure of Scrum includes the following roles:

  • ScrumMaster (SM) : responsible for facilitating the process and ensuring that the team is following the Scrum framework

  • Product Owner (PO): responsible for representing the stakeholders and setting the priorities for the project

  • Development Team (DT) : the group of individuals responsible for completing the work of the project

Scrum also includes specific events, such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. These events are used to ensure that the team is on track and that any obstacles are identified and addressed in a timely manner.

Scrum also includes specific artifacts, such as Sprint Backlog, Product Backlog, and Increment. These artifacts are used to document the progress of the project and to ensure that everyone is working towards the same goal.

Scrum is an Agile methodology and based on the Agile manifesto which values: Individuals and interactions, Working software, Customer collaboration, and Responding to change.
